Job Responsibility
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets and growth objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- 3-6 years of proven experience in direct/field sales.
- Ability to develop client relationships and close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Assist in setting regional sales and marketing goals and track performance through relevant KPIs and reporting tools while coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field
Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline
- Technical knowledge or background will be added advantage.
